Here, above the noise of everyday life, you'll lay down the weight you've been carrying - coming apart from who you think you have to be, and returning to who you've always been underneath.
Rooted in conscious connected breathwork, cacao ceremony, somatic practice, and real sisterhood, this is a transformational women's retreat where nothing about you needs fixing, because you were never broken.

Where is the retreat held?
Her Undoing takes place at Skydeck, a mountain wilderness lodge in Nyanga in Zimbabwe's Eastern Highlands, perched above the Honde Valley with views across to Mount Nyangani. It runs from the 19th to the 21st of March 2027.
How do I get there? Are transfers included?
This is a self-transfer retreat. As there's no nearby airport, you'll make your own way to Skydeck. Once your spot is secured, we'll share everything you need to plan your journey.
What accommodation options are there?
Two options: a shared room with two single beds ($950 per person), or a private solo room ($1,500). Both are secured with a $500 deposit.
Do I have to do the Skywalk or the cold plunge?
Not at all. Both are entirely optional. The Skywalk is included in your stay if you'd like to experience it, and the river cold plunge is there for anyone who wants it - but there's never any pressure. This is your retreat, at your pace.
How do I secure my place?
Choose your room and submit your $500 deposit via the PayFast link. Your deposit reserves your spot, and we'll be in touch with everything you need from there.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable, unless the retreat is cancelled or postponed by us - in which case you're fully protected.
How does the remaining payment work? Do you offer payment plans?
Once your deposit is secured, the balance can be paid in full or spread across a 3, 6, or 8-month payment plan - whichever suits you best.
Are meals included?
Yes - all meals are included and vegetarian, with all dietary requirements accommodated. Just let us know yours when you book.
Is this suitable if I've never done breathwork or been on a retreat before?
Completely. No prior experience is needed - only a willingness to show up as you are. Everything is gently guided, and you'll be held every step of the way.
